A wonderful resort just 10 min drive from Gytheo. We really enjoyed the amenities here, a great pool, lovely grassy seating area under the trees, and the beach with sun loungers and umbellas. The staff were very kind, always bringing us waters wherever we sat and they served a great breakfast by the pool. You can choose what you like from their menu.
Very comfortable bed and spacious room with a cute little balcony and sea view. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and could not have asked for anything better! Thank you all so much!

Beautiful hotel - very clean and has a lovely calm atmosphere - Marilaina and Yannis were extremely helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us - great location just a few minutes walk to the beach and tavernas - would definately stay again if we ever visit the Pelloponesse - thank you

Gythio is a very pleasant little town with a range of eating places and shops, set on a bay with a small port The Castello Antico is set 5km round the coastline - which means there are no hassles for car parking, Access to the Mani Peninsula and other interesting places in Southern Peleponnese by car is easy - but public transport limited. About 3.5 hours drive to Athens airport.

The upper small streets abd the authentic houses are a landscape to share. Interesting town I expected it to be more picturesque but a good chunk, maybe a third of the town's buildings, are abandoned and derelict which really brings the whole place down. The Olive Yard was perfect!
The Olive Yard was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast basket was the best we had in Greece! The hotel staff washed, dried and neatly folded our laundry. It was very much appreciated, especially when you're on a road trip around Greece and don't often have access to laundry facilities. The staff were so friendly and I enjoyed meeting and chatting with them. Beautiful local beach which is a short walk from The Olive Yard. Perfection...and I will definitely stay there again.

We loved the beaches that are all around Navagio ..Mavrovouni .. Very fresh fish in reasonnable prices . The hotel lakonis 1972 is getting renovated so the view will be much better than a old building skelete. We will be back soon .Margeli

The bar makes excellent drinks and coffees and the food is fantastic at the hotel. Gythio is 4 min away in car, and we loved Gythio. We travelled to Limeni, Arepoli and Monemvasia but our preferred choice to stay was close to Gythio since there is so much more there. The staff was always helpful and the owner is passionate about her hotel. And it shows.

From the balcony you can watch sunrise over the sea in a morning. Everybody was very friendly and we got a discount in the family owned restaurant downstairs (excellent sea food, by the way). We had great 2 days in Gythio and we hope we'll come and again.
