Set in Siglufjörður, Siglo Hotel by Keahotels offers 4-star accommodation with a terrace and a bar. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. As we were travelling around the island in a campervan visiting all the attractions, we arrived at our hotel 7 minutes to 9 pm. The gentleman at the reception checked us in and informed us that there were not many places to dine and their dining room was closing in 7 minutes. As we informed him we hadn't had dinner yet, he proceeded to the dining room and made arrangements to keep the dining room open to serve us a most excellent meal. We requested a view of the harbor which to my surprise was provided without additional cost. The room was quite spacious and very clean with a king size bed that was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, not to mention the high quality down pillows and duvet that came with it. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel as the staff were friendly and very accommodating to ensure an enjoyable hassle-free stay.

This family owned hotel is located at 3,8 kms away from Godafoss waterfall, and offers modern guest rooms with private bathroom. Free private parking is available. The place was exceptionally clean. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included, and it was also great. Place is just as it is shown on the website (my pictures are not that great). I definitely recommend it.

Rooms are large, modern, beautifully appointed and the view from the rooms across the fjord to Akureyri is stunning. Wonderful location on a mountain side overlooking Akureyri, avoids the crowd but only a few minutes drive into the town. Thorsen, the owner, is always around and extremely helpful.

Robert, the receptionist was really funny and friendly, he showed us restaurants and places to visit nearby. The room was clean, the brealfast was normal for this price, and there are 2 hot tubs, for which they also give bath robes.

The place is very clean, the kitchen is a great place to meet new people, and the jacuzzies outside are a must try!

This hotel is situated on Lake Myvatn, 3.3 km from Myvatn Nature Baths. A number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi are featured. The hotel is really great, comfortable and new. Super clean and the sofa bed was great. We eat at the restaurant and it was one of our best meals in Iceland.
