Offering 3 (three) free seasonal outdoor pools with parasols and sunbeds, Vila Bisera is located 1804 feet from the Ohrid Lake, 4.3 mi from downtown Ohrid, in a quiet neighborhood called Lagadin. Everything was exceptional! We booked a normal room for a couple but when we arrived we were surprised to see that they upgraded our room to a room with a jacuzzi! Nikolina was very friendly and professional! She took care of us and helped for everything that we needed! Totally recommend it!

They have a great attention to detail here and you can tell that they really care about their facility. Check-in was smooth and they owner made sure to point out the best way to get to the old town and where to find good restaurants. The room and entire property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were good and different both mornings of our stay, which we appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We also had mentioned that it was our anniversary and they had a bottle wine waiting for us when we arrived, which we thought was a very nice touch and were grateful for. We didn't end up using the pool, but it was also well maintained and clean.

The city is very nice. There are a lot of things to be seen, and very nice things to be bought. The hotel is very well placed in very good harmony with the relax zones (lake Ohrid) and the commercial sites. The meals, especially the local once, are very good.

The buffet breakfast options were fantastic. There is onsite parking available at the hotel and the hotel is situated in a quiet spot which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. We had a room with a view of Lake Ohrid with a very spacious terrace and it really enhanced our stay! Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel consists of several building complexes built on different levels. We had a very large room with a jacuzzi and a fantastic view over the lake. The bed was large and very comfortable. Not to forget the pools and the great breakfast, where nothing was missing, there is no lunch or dinner, but restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Vila Bisera is in a good location for exploring Lake Ohrid and its sights.
